We offer a proactive management service intended to anticipate problems and solve them before they are allowed to escalate. This service includes rent collection/recovery, lease compliance, lease renewals and assignments, insurance management, rent reviews, and general administration through the "Estatesman" management system. We can also oversee repairs and improvements and generally liaise between the Landlord and Tenant on both complex projects and minor day to day issues.

The advent of Government planning policies relating to both brownfield and mixed use sustainable development areas has brought "commercial and employment land" into the centre of many Local Planning Authorities' planning policies.
