Response to consultation, as a promoter, supporter or objector is an increasingly significant element of the planning process. Our surveyors are engaged in a range of Development Plan consultations and Enquiries in Public.
Planning Application and Appeals
Having undertaken pre-application negotiations our surveyors prepare and submit planning applications and notifications in respect of a wide range of schemes. We will appeal planning decisions or conditions, if necessary through a Public Local Enquiry.
Options and Joint Venture Agreements
This is an increasingly important area of our work. We provide detailed advice to ensure land owners obtain the best possible financial return from a land sale, whilst ensuring that the developer retains adequate incentive to perform.
