Godfrey Payton supports ALA event
Godfrey-Payton is pleased to support the Agricultural Law Association’s Autumn Technical Briefing held at Wright Hassall, Leamington Spa on Thursday, 11 October.
Central Region ALA co-ordinator, Liza Randall, Associate at Godfrey-Payton says: “We are pleased to have attracted such brilliant speakers to Warwickshire. Firstly, Charles Cowap FRICS, a legend amongst rural practice surveyors and undergraduates. Charles has held many senior roles at Harper Adams for the past 25 years, as well as being a consultant and RICS course trainer. Charles is a renowned speaker on many areas, including taxation, natural capital and valuations, with a keen mind and great sense of humour.
“Also joining us will be Jake Freestone, Farm Manager at Overbury Enterprises, who has integrated farming with environmentally-friendly practices on Overbury Estate on the slopes of Bredon Hill. A Nuffield scholar, Jake will give his view on Brexit for farmers.
“Charlotte Johnson is our third speaker; a farmer and joint owner of Johnson’s Farm Shop at Wasperton. She will talk us through the diversification process.”
