Estate & Property Management
Qualified in the Rural Practice Division of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), our Rural Property Department offers a vast range of services to assist in many areas of this diverse sector. We continue to manage a range of rural property portfolios for a number of different landowners including charities, Diocesan and Church, private landlords, financial institutions, investors and operational landlords such as utility companies and telecoms operators.
We specialise in all aspects of rural estate management including landlord and tenant matters, tenancies, licences and farming arrangements through to residential property management which incorporates an in-house client accounting function for rent collection and production of accounts.
Advice is available on succession planning and we can co-ordinate professional tax planning advice to ensure minimal exposure to capital taxation on agricultural assets. We also offer whole estate or individual property valuations, planning and development opportunities and manage repairs and maintenance schedules.
