Estate Management is still the core activity of Godfrey-Payton, which dates back to our origins as Agents to the Earls of Warwick at Warwick Castle. Qualified in the Rural Practice Division of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), Godfrey-Payton’s land agents in Warwick, Coventry and Market Harborough offer a vast range of services to assist in all areas of this diverse sector.

As well as strategic planning, we are successful in gaining residential permission under GPDO for barn conversions and taking forward applications for rural workers dwellings, plus gaining planning permissions in green belt and the Cotswold AONB.

Uniquely, Godfrey-Payton has its own in-house accountancy services, whose Chartered Accountants look after clients’ business accounts and deal with everything from PAYE for Estate staff to managing budgets on renovation projects, rent collection and invoicing.
